Everything was descent here, really good for a Motel 6. Close to the national park and all the convinces you might need. I was extremely upset that the jacuzzi wasn’t open till the end of April! Which why would you want it in the summer? People said this is the only place to stay near the park and that is not true.

It is ok for short stay, but would be better if more attractions are around. Good to go to pinnacle national park!

Our overall stay was good! *Staff was nice and helpful. *Safe/Easy Parking *Hot tub was not available *Room was not very clean

I didn’t like how I went to get a extended check out time which I was told I would be allowed to do so for $20 a hour after 11am then I go to extend it they tell me I can’t then I left my son in the room after coming to a verbal agreement with management and then even tho it was before 3 pm they started to harass my son under age son by calling and banging on the door for him to get out even going to tell him he can take all his stuff and sit on the steps and still charged my card $80 extra dollars on top of them charging me $270 for only 2 nights this is a very bad way to keep customers coming back why offer extended check out if your going to hassle people to leave children at that with no. Adult present won’t be coming back

Hi Ms. Tynesia, we apologized for what happened while staying with us. We agreed that you will be charged 20 per hour until 2:00pm for the extension, it was 2:30pm we sent our housekeeper to check if the guest left already or not. Since the room still occupied the Front Desk contact the room if you need more hours and we offered that they could wait for you in the lobby since we couldn't reach you at first. You got charged 60 for the first 3 hours from 11 to 2pm and you add 1more hour for 20 checkout 3pm, total of 80.Again, we did not harass anyone, we always advised our Guest not to leave the kids unattended for safety purposes. This is my go to when I go to visit my husband. Very close to my destination and my room os always clean. Staff are friendly.
