The property is centrally located. Easy to walk to everything in Carmel. The staff is fantastic- super helpful and kind. Really liked the welcome cookies and morning breakfast. Very nice treat. The room and bathroom needs updating. No air conditioning. We needed to keep the balcony sliding door open and run a small fan to cool off after walking around outside for a few hours.

The check-in was rocky to say the least. We tried to check-in a half hour early but our room was not ready. It was no big deal but we had had a long travel day and decided to wait in the small lobby. The man at the desk must have asked us our name 5 times like he had never seen us before and then said he only had us for one night instead of 4. We were ready to get up and leave but thankfully a colleague took over, assured us all was well and got us to our room. After a bumpy start the rest of the stay was great. Location to downtown Carmel a plus.

The staff went above and beyond to help us during our overnight stay. Fresh breakfast basket in the morning was delightful. Parking on-site very convenient. they have a Tesla charger on site as well, which was great! We brought a service pet, and they had treats for the dog as well!
