We paid $504.00 for a filthy room (one inch thick dust, piles of crumbs in the corner, dirty floor) with broken fixtures (sink, shower curtain rod, toilet) and an unacceptable amount of noise from all sides.

When I went turn the shower on the water was very hot, I called the from office he came in to check it and said he would turn the water heater down but the problem wasn’t the water heater it was the shower. The bed was a bit high for a wheelchair user who's paralyzed. And the shower head could've been adjustable to allow the person to reach it at a lower level. There's only 1 handicap space that was occupied so we had to use 2 spaces to allow for us to take out the wheelchair from the side. Customer Service has been awesome though & we appreciate that.

It was good except for when I googled what time they have breakfast they said six I left at 6:17 and they had not opened up yet. That was the only reason why I had pick that place so they would have breakfast when I was leaving so early in the morning and didn’t want to stop

Bed, linen and room were cleaned. A large parking lot is definitely a plus but after dinner hours we ended up almost parking elsewhere as it was full with construction truck. Continental breakfast was a small but definitely enough for us
