Convenient location. Facilities were as advertised and met or exceeded expectations. The property is a little older, but for the value I was happy.

The rooms are outdated and not pristine but they offer great room /beds , options for families and groups. The indoor pool is great for kids, heated and a hot tub available. It’s a great budget friendly option for families or students. It’s a very short drive to bustling areas and tourist areas within Monterey. It’s definitely walkable too, a mile or so from restaurants and shops. My second stay here and Il be back again.

Great location and price. Very comfortable. We were looking forward to swimming but never used the pool because it was constantly being overrun by a bunch of little kids. That was the only downside.
