The only problem we had was the elevator was down during our stay which was frustrating and inconvenient having to carry our luggage etc to the 3rd floor by stairs and with 4 children.

We usually stay here when visiting my daughter, she goes to school in Monterey, but this last stay was not our best experience. There was a dirty handprint on the white bed comforter and other "debris" on the pillows. That was disappointing. All night long we heard stomping and running around from the room above us. Literally didn't stop till around 2 am. If we stay again, we will definitely request the 3rd floor.
