We have stayed here a few times now and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly and helpful. Love the vibe of the hotel and the decor is beautiful. The location is also a great asset with Alvarado Steet close by. Just wish the pool was less noisy with traffic and cars honking their horns going through the tunnel although I understand the hotel has no control over that. I would highly recommend it.

Great rooms, fantastic location that's easily walkable to old fisherman's wharf and the summer trolley. On-site hotel offered to go which was nice when we were exhausted at the end of the day. Pool and parking garage are a 2 minute walk from the main hotel across the little row of eateries and the candy shop. Would stay here again

Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. One area that could use more attention is the beds and bedding. Improving the mattress comfort and the condition of the bed linens would make the overall guest experience even better.
