This beautiful and comfortable B & B is a well maintained historic house and grounds. Great hiking into Capitola and fabulous views of the ocean from our room and out on the communal back deck. The furniture is all beautiful antique pieces, bed is very comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and tasty.

The room was clean and had all the basics. The location was great because you could easily walk to restaurants and the ocean. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave available. However, the common room not somewhere you would like to sit because it was very small and not very appealing.

The property was very convenient and very close to downtown Pafific Grove and Lover's Point. The 2 bedroom of the property was amazing and very clean. I would recommend this property to everybody. My wife loves the old victorian look atmosphere. We walked over 10,000 steps everyday. You can also get picked up by an uber for a reasonable price.
