Beautiful location. Breakfast was available on the 4th floor with a wonderful view of the beach just across the street. Walking distance to just about everything you need. They had fresh hot individual pies with ice cream for free in the evening. I will definitely be back

This place is extraordinarily clean. When available the staff was helpful and friendly. The important thing to remember is that this is an older building so that means that plumbing is older, the outside is older, and the furniture is too, but our bed was comfortable and again it was super clean. I felt so safe in there because it was so tidy, and we had a balcony with chairs and that was really helpful too. It is a really a skip to the beach and you can’t beat that!
