The property was completely under construction during our visit. There was scaffolding and building materials everywhere. The view was obstructed and the property was in shambles. It was disappointing because we were staying there for a birthday event and it was not at all special or festive. There should have been some
notice on the website when we made reservations. It would have changed our decision about where to stay. When we brought this up, we were offered free parking.

Two days before arrival I received a call that they didn’t have any room with 2 beds despite me having a reservation for this booked way in advance.
Construction was everywhere so getting to the room was more than inconvenient with a child and an expectant mom in our party. No assistance offered. We had to leave our travel cases on one floor and walk down stairs and around to get to our room with each drop off of belongings. They brought a rollaway in which is no match to a bed. Same expensive price with all the add d nonsense. We go every year but No thanks. Staying elsewhere

Room was stylish, new, and very clean. Restaurant was excellent and had a terrific view of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and gave us fee drink tickets. The thing to know is that the hotel is under construction as they renovate one of the wings. The construction was not an issue for us.

They are remodeling this hotel so conditions are not good. The staff is still great. Restaurant menu has limited selections. They did not have a specific bar menu like they had before. They didn’t charge resort fee which is good but still charged for parking. They should not charge anything extra until they finish the construction.

They are remodeling to a point were they should not be open at all. There is construction everywhere you need a hard hat to walk around.
