The view is magnificent, nice touch with the binoculars and ‘sea lion noise earplugs’ in the room. Restaurants on property are excellent, and room service is prompt and delicious. The rooms are very comfortable - from the valets to housekeeping, the staff is exceptional. Love being right down by Cannery Row. We stayed for the firsttime three years ago, and have made it a part of every Monterey stay since.

Seaside view is amazing, but food options are less and food inside restaurants within the hotel is very expensive
