First of all, I never stayed at the hotel, I basically checked in and then left because the property I saw on Expedia was not what I saw when I arrived. They basically have a view of the ocean, as if they are on the ocean, when in reality you have to cross a very busy street to get to the ocean. There is practically no parking, literally two spots in the back of an alley that you can barely get your car through, forget it if you have a truck,they expect you to park down the street. When I tried to get a refund so that I could go some place else ( we are from Michigan and wanted a place on the ocean) the owner/manager refused. He wouldn't even work with us or meet us halfway even though an Expedia Supervisor and Manager both tried to get him to give us even a partial refund since the advertisement is extremely misleading. I have never met such a disrespectful owner/manager, obviously customer service is not something he learned or even cares about. I would never recommend this place, just my experience.
