This was our fourth stay and we LOVE it here. All staff is kind, everything is clean room service is excellent, breakfast is exceptionally good with all kinds of varieties. Our favorite part about this hotel is the indoor warm pool.

Staff are great. Food was awesome. Overall the hotel was in great condition. Although when we checked in and until we checked out the pool was closed for maintenance so it did disappoint me slightly. The kids were specially sad as they were looking forward to the pool and it is one of the reasons why we chose this hotel mainly. We were told it was going to be open 8am on the following day and we held on to it. But then came the following day and it still wasn’t open. I hope they had scheduled pool maintenance on the less busy days, not on a weekend. But overall the stay was good.
