the place was lovely clean, nicely updated, nice fireplace, fridge, microwave, the tv did not work at first, but the staff got it working, and the office staff on day of check in was so pleasant. its more quaint than fancy, close to asilomar beach, would definitely stay again.

The property needs some improvement. The cups for coffee inside of my room are dirty, I asked someone to give me one clean . I am expecting to have body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom but there’s none. The rest is okay. The room is quite clean. The location is actually nice. Very close to the beach.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Perfect if you need a place to sleep. There were little to no amenities. I only had decaf coffee packets in the room and the office didn’t open until 8:00 for very basic drip coffee. The fireplace in the room wasn’t working.

This place has a perfect location and the staff is friendly, however the room was very dirty. The floors were so filthy our feet and clothes were black after touching it. The armchair was covered in large stains and there were random hairs on our blankets when we checked in and in the shower. I think if you’re only staying with adults you could just use shoes and be okay, but I have a small child and keeping her off the floor and clean was really hard.

Apart from the floor not being the cleanest, the location was great a 5 minutes walk to the beach. There were also tea and coffe making facilities in the room, very unusual for an American motel.
