Great little property close to everything in Carmel. We were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops which was convenient for us to enjoy the area and not have to always be driving. The property is small and appears to be going through some renovations. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was updated with lots of new touches, but not yet completed. Nothing that bothered or affected our stay. We also received a small basket with breakfast snacks outside our door in the morning. It was great for everything we needed for the weekend.

The location was absolutely perfect - most of the time we didn't even have a rental car, but had no trouble getting around without one. We stayed for a week so we were worried about having a smaller room with lots of luggage but our room (King suite) was huge! Most, if not all, places in town are much smaller so I highly recommend for a longer stay or folks with little kids!

The are of the hotel was great. Close to downtown with lots of shopping, art galleries and restaurants easy to walk to. The hotel was relatively easy to find and the parking was ok, just really small spaces. The front desk attendant was nice when checking us in. The room itself was clean and organized when we first walked in, however there were holes in the wall, screws sticking out of the walls in the bathroom and the phone wasn’t even hooked up or plugged in. There was a laminated paper with all the number and extensions but no functional phone. The blinds on one of the windows was also broken and basically falling off. The bed was squeaky but overall comfortable. The listing said that room service and housekeeping were both included except when brought up he said they were the same thing so just housekeeping the breakfast was ok just a small container of dry cereal, granola bar, milk and an apple and banana. Overall the people seemed nice and the area was good but I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

The room we stayed in is very outdated, the bathroom door didn’t close, the wall were patched in certain places but not painted afterwards and the carpet was filthy. The only positive was the location, it was close to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are.

The location is perfect for walking anywhere and everywhere in the heart of downtown Carmel. The breakfast delivered to our door was an added bonus and much appreciated.
We had the King Suite and there was one tiny bathroom, no full length mirror, no closet, and the tv was outdated and small. Those are my major complaints.
For the price, it is fine, but not somewhere I’d pick again.

The rooms are small and cozy. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Great location. If you need disability accessible parking, there is none. One spot is in front of the office, but you can’t utilize it, for it blocks other parking spots. Breakfast consist of a measured out cup of cereal, individual milks, a banana and an apple. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The desk man was a gem of a personality.
