Room size is good.
Parking is a bit limited, otherwise, one will have to park by the street.

Fireplace was nice. Map of town was helpful. Lots of families arriving at 9 pm ish with little kids was typical noise. Nice location to sights. Tub needs updating had stains on floor. Partial view of ocean on clear day. $40 pet fee per day was steep compared to other comparable establishments in the area. Safe area. Someone vaped briefly in the courtyard which is not allowed and affected my asthma so closed windows. Parking lot is small so parked on street. No screen in the bathroom window and no plantation blinds in front window like the other rooms next to me. Next time I would book room #18 away from stair traffic as #11 was at the top of the staircase so heard everyone passing.

Check-in was easy and staff were very pleasant. Room was clean but has definitely seen better days. Bath mat was extremely stained, bed was comfortable. Lots of noise coming from adjacent rooms. I didn't love the place; I didn't hate it. It was worth the money, and there was on site parking.

We stayed because they were large dog friendly. It was nice to have a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. It had updated decor, but parts of the building and the room were tired looking.
