I booked this hotel for scuba diving. It’s right next to San Carlos Beach. It’s a prime location in Cannery Row and within walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores. The room is spacious and clean. There was guest parking with additional fee. Overall it was pretty good for a 2-star hotel. I’m happy with the stay.

Location is great! Rooms are definitely a bit run down but didn’t mind that as much as the virtual kiosk reception desk. If you check in after regular office hours it’s all virtual with someone calling in. Just creepy and couldn’t help me with parking pass via FaceTime?

Partial ocean view means if you look at the angle between the building and you can see a little corner of water but it really doesn't matter because everything else was really nice and it was in a great place to walk to shopping tourist attractions
