The staff is friendly, quick response and cheer us up when we arrived even it's almost 11pm. They go through all the details at the front desk and explain everything crystal clear.

This was really a very nice local stay. My only issue was how hard the bed was. They were kind enough to give me more pillows to soften it up. My husband was not bothered. Staff was fantastic, so clean, very nice building and room.

The staff was accommodating and helpful, especially in offering suggestions for local tourist spots. I appreciate the little hospitality touches (water, tea, coffee available 24/7) and the convenience of the ice machine. Breakfast area was spotless and the selection offered a great variety. Wish a more neutral news channel or the Weather Channel could have been on the TV. Fox was hard to swallow in the morning.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our room was clean and quiet, with cleaning service everyday if we wanted which was so nice! Breakfast was good although not a lot of variety. Bed was comfortable and all of the staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful.
