The hotel was clean and felt safe. The staff were awesome. Breakfast could have been better—same eggs/sausage both days we were there (F/Sat), different yogurt options (had a yogurt soft serve-like machine dispenser). Would be nice for a low-fat/less sugar option. Bagels were good. Bed was a bit hard and pillows were small. Tub was small with an odd rubber disk to plug the water which would slowly leak. There was lots of hot water which was nice. Great location—easy to access and to reach tourist locations like the Steinbeck Center/House.

I booked one night and paid $275 for it- room has disconnected phone, one bedside lamp not working, thin towels, no microwave inside the room, empty body wash bottle. Seriously, for 275 a night, you would think at least there was a complimentary purified water or toothpaste. It is also funny that on the breakfast buffet room, there is a tip jar! Cmon-I made my own waffle and served myself so why? This is just so…unprofessional.

The place was very clean. They were resealing the front parking lot during our stay, so we had to detour to the side with not a lot of spots to park. The breakfast was fine. I would have liked more choices like eggs, yogurt and bacon or sausage. So many people waiting for the waffle maker 😬 And hard for the staff to keep the tables wiped. But, all in all, it was a good stay.

The rooms were clean. The beds were not that comfortable but worked the pillows sucked! The water pressure was amazing. Best part of being there I was being able to take a hot shower. The breakfast provided was just your usual continental breakfast hardly no protein mostly just carbs.

Since we got to the room , we opened the door and we could smell the room it smelled cleaned , bed sheets smelled sooo good too and they were really like clean , overall everything was perfect except for the elevator , it took forever so we used more the stairs than elevator but I didn’t mind also we didn’t struggle with the parking their was always enough empty spots , overall I will for sure book here this location next time I’m in the area it is well worth it .
