This hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s easy to get into downtown Monterey, the cannery, the aquarium and easy on and off the freeway. I would recommend a room on the third floor to avoid noise from people walking overhead. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room was nice but we had to push the lounge around so that we could see the TV. We were there for three nights but we didn’t have the sheets changed or clean towels or the bins emptied the entire time otherwise there were no problems. The room was nice and spacious and mostly very quiet at night was block out curtains.

We stayed for two days as a family of three. The room was very large, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a microwave and a fridge. Everything was good for us. The only thing that should be improved is the breakfast and the breakfast lounge. We have stayed in different Best Western hotels, and they had more options such as hash browns, scrambled eggs, etc.

Our room was huge and we have our Daschund with us that’s why we chose best western. The room was clean. The staff were. Cordial. We did not really care for the breakfast as we need to leave early. Overall it was a nice stay here. Tye down side is we can feel and hear people walking on the upper floor.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was awesome. The pool area left much to be desired. FIrst off its TINY!! Then there are no lights for night time use. The hot tub was luke warm at best and missing tiles. The breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. Staff did a great job making sure the items stayed full. Problem with breakfast was the seating area was minimal and too close to the line. If you were able to find a seat, you were constantly getting bumped into.
