It was absolutely wonderful! The property was clean, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Parking was easy, the jacuzzi was perfectly heated, and the complimentary breakfast offered both warm and cold options. Makaela and Kai were incredibly accommodating, helpful, and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Room was clean, and staff was friendly and responsive. Property as a whole was clean. Wish Property had AC, but that's my fault for not checking. The weather was fine while we were there and box fan was provided so it was fine. Had some occasional aircraft flyovers. Overall enjoyed the stay, and would recommend.

Wehad a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The receptionist was especially helpful, providing excellent customer service from check-in to check-out and making sure everything went smoothly. I also really appreciated that all of the accommodations I requested were taken care of before our arrival, which made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience—I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s easy to get into downtown Monterey, the cannery, the aquarium and easy on and off the freeway. I would recommend a room on the third floor to avoid noise from people walking overhead. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The room was nice but we had to push the lounge around so that we could see the TV. We were there for three nights but we didn’t have the sheets changed or clean towels or the bins emptied the entire time otherwise there were no problems. The room was nice and spacious and mostly very quiet at night was block out curtains.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downsides was that there’s no AC and the bathroom started to smell like sewage. Not sure why but no matter how much we sprayed and kept the fan on it still smelled. The toilet was clean so not sure where it was coming from. We couldn’t open the windows any wider either they only let about 5 inches opened but it was deadbolt locked for you to not open any wider. Other than that parking was fine, hotel was clean, beds were very comfy.

We stayed for two days as a family of three. The room was very large, and the bed was very comfortable. They had a microwave and a fridge. Everything was good for us. The only thing that should be improved is the breakfast and the breakfast lounge. We have stayed in different Best Western hotels, and they had more options such as hash browns, scrambled eggs, etc.
