Beautiful quiet location, great pool and well maintained gardens, with some beautiful roses. Restaurant was excellent. It's about 25 minutes from Montepulciano but it's an easy drive and country roads. has the advantage of being 20 minutes from Castiglione del Largo and Lago Trasimeno. Staff were very helpful.

The property is beautiful, with gorgeous views of the Tuscan countryside. Service was great and accommodations were quaint and very comfortable. It is not very near anything so you will need a car if you wish to leave the property and explore.

Beautiful country side, great location to explore Tuscany. Everything about Borgo tre Rose five star. Food and service at the restaurant amazing. I must say my experience started with Erica long before our stay. Erica was quick to return my emails ,also many great suggestions about the cities and sights to see in the region. My wife I traveled to Tuscany to Andrea Bocelli in concert, Erica also help to finds a limousine company to drive my wife and I to the concert. Erica thanks again you help to make this a great Tuscany adventure.

This is the place you want to go to for peace and tranquility. We thoroughly enjoyed the mild climate in the beginning of June and the serenity of the surroundings. We trveled vis public transport, i.e. train and taxi, but I would recommend to use go via car or bike instead.

A perfect Tuscan escape

We loved our time at the Borgo Tre Rose! Everything was perfectly lovely and set up for relaxation and retreat. The staff were helpful and kind and the setting was idyllic. If we are fortunate enough to return someday we will book here. Pricing was reasonable, rooms were charming and comfortable, and food was great! Only recommendation is transportation is challenging so rent a car.

Amazing!

One of the most amazing places I've been to. The view is unreal, the stuff are nice, location is perfect, breakfast is great. Seriously amazing. The only comment I have is that the wifi is very unstable and practically does not exists.

A Nice Surprise

I was looking for a hotel to stay in for 2 days that was between Rome and Florence. Montepuliano was perfect. This turned out to be a fabulous choice. It is up on a hill with beautiful views and even though it is in the country, our GPS took us right there. Our jr suites were perfect for a Mom and one kid and two other young adult kids. We had a nice pizza in the restaurant that night and the breakfasts are included in the price of the rooms. Breakfast on the terrace looking at the beautiful Tuscan hills is worth getting up for (even with jet lag).

Would not recommend this property in Tuscany. Grounds are beautiful but that is the only good thing. Staff were rude and rooms look like they are out of the 70’s. Money needs to be spent upgrading the rooms. I stayed in multiple different Tuscan villas on this trip and this was at the bottom of the list.
