All staff members were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and well maintained. The restaurant staff was kind, and the entertainment crew was friendly and energetic. Love that resort has entertainment 7 days a week. The food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from. I will definitely return and will highly recommend this place. They also offer free transportation to a mini shopping area about 10 minutes away, and transportation was available to anywhere we requested at any time.

The handle to my room came off, there were no blankets and they started renovations while we were still staying at the resort. The noise and all of the debris was very inconvenient. But the swim up bar, having access to other resorts, the parties and fun were amazing.

The staff in every department , from the check in services to the kitchen and entertainment were all great and made our stay wonderful. We're already planning to come back. Breakfast was great with a wide variety to choose from.

Everyone was extremely helpful, and the resort was filled with activities everyday. You don’t have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. They also allow you to reserve tables at their restaurants in the app. If by any chance you want to leave the resort for activities, you can sign up for excursions, snorkeling, scuba diving, and much more. I definitely had a great time!

The food at the buffet was consistently good, the rotation of the menu was great. The specialty restaurants were serviceable, the real start is the buffet. The entertainment staff were very courteous and fun, the support staff were friendly and very helpful. We loved the full strength drinks served up at the pool bar and the Aqua bar, I would definitely recommend this resort.

The staff is kind and gracious. Staff is excellent. Everyone is very accommodating. The property is clean. Very clean. Wide variety of food. Rooms & elevators need some attention. Railings missing in the elevators. My room had toilet issues. It flooded twice. Didn’t flush. Perfect location though. Some of the glass tiles were cracked. Ultimately we ended up having to be moved after 3 nights of toilet issues.
