We enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. It’s nothing fancy and for the price I would stay again. The rooms were clean. The employees were all very friendly. It’s a chill laid back vibe and that’s what we like. Our son enjoyed the pool 24/7 and we snorkeled in the ocean by the little beach area. The restaurant was only open a few days we were there and it was good. Amazing wings. We enjoyed the fact that we saved money on the resort and were able to tip and give back to the people of Jamaica. If you have high expectations for budget friendly resorts, I wouldn’t stay here. We didn’t have hot water, but we didn’t say anything either, we dealt with it. We will come back for sure and enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was salty and the portion size could feed a toddler and they still would want more food. So just imagine it for an adult. Bar and restaurant was completely closed all afternoon and night. Overall everything else was ok.

I checked in 45mins after notmal checking time and 1 of 2 rooms were not available. There are no washcloths in the room. The sheets are stiff and the continental breakfast was not available at 7.45am with no eta of when it would be ready.

My experience was terrible, nothing I was charged for was available except the breakfast (when requested). No staff, no housekeepng, restaurant and bar noot available, deck unusable, no hot water, no fridge, no accessories, no kettle or coffee maker, flooded driveway and muddy entrance .... I could go on. I checked out after two days (of the five) and went down the road to Hibiscus Lodge. I'd give a lower rating if there was one. I'm submitting a dispute.

No one was there to register me into the Resort when I arrived. I was left stranded in an area which appeared crime- ridden and quite threatening. I had to hire a stranger ( major risk) to find other accommodations. I did not stay a night in the resort and really think I should be refunded.

Not a pleasant experience

I stayed at this hotel for three nights and never was it cleaned once, didn't care so much since i made my own bed . Asked for new towels never received and there was a dead roach in front of my door. Breakfast was simple always eggs with toast and something new as a side. Didn't have any breakfast options. Only five parking spots in front of hotel and hard to find since the strret name is different that posted.

The rooms need renovations, especially the washrooms. The shower curtain had mold and the flooring tiles are very dirty and the washroom had a bad sewage scent. The property exterior is better kept than the rooms

My partner and i recently stayed here for 4 days 3 nights and what i loved the most was the excellent customer service i received from the moment i checked in at the front desk. The entire staff was pleasant and kind especially the male chef and Chris the bartender. The owners were pleasant. The place is clean, food and drinks were great!!! I will definitely revisit in the future!!

Absolutely wonderful team. Great service. From the front desk, to the gentlemen working the bar to the security guard who went above and beyond to help us with hot water. Wasn’t able to give 5 stars due to location that prevented us from being able to safely walk to get food at night despite being a couple blocks away and not having strong WiFi in our room. Yo be honest, this place has the potential to be incredible if they were able to make some crucial updates. If you rented a car or plan to be gone doing activities all day and night, it’s a great place to crash for a great price. But if you work remotely and plan to spend the majority of the time at your accommodation you may prefer somewhere else.

This hotel was very poor, no amenities, the food was good at the on site cafe but they are extremely pricy with the food for some odd reason. It was loud, I also smelled the rooms as old nor pleasant at all. I couldn’t nap when one of the workers came knocking on my door several times waking me up from a nap!!! I was extremely upset. I would never stay or recommend the place to anyone. I didn’t like my stay there at all and actually didn’t stay my last night I checked out early.

Pleasant Vintage property

Pleasant relaxing stay at a vintage property during a slow peiod. Staff was attentive warm and caring but could be hard to find due to the slow period. The regular chef knows his craft, if he is not around go elsewhere. Looking a beach, sorry but watersports they are ready for.
