If it's broken don't expect it to be fixed any time soon.
After a rough check in I was greeted that evening with a toilet that ran non stop. If that wasn't bad enough I had to endure dogs fighting outside my window all night. I reported the toilet issue and it took 2 days to get "fixed". Right on the heels of the toilet issue, the AC in my room quit working. I reported it the next morning, it wasn't fixed until I was back in the states 3 days later that i was notified it was fixed. I spent the last 3 days there not getting much sleep between the heat of the room, the toilet running on and off even after being "fixed", dogs barking and fighting and the sound of jake brakes from the commercial vehicles on the main road. If you need a soft bed, don't choose this place, the bed is just barely softer than a floor. Then there is the tub shower combo you need to be very careful to get up and into. One wrong step and you could end up in the ER. Lastly, deadbolt is supposed to be secured. The one on the front door had the screws backing out which made locking it a challenge. I pointed this out to the maintenance guy and he acted like it wasn't a big deal. The pool was pretty and pleasant to spend time in and the gate gal was very friendly. The size of the townhouse was large enough for a larger group than mine. But I do not feel I got my money's worth with all the issues I suffered from at this place.
