Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property and apartment is unkept and needs major remodeling. Everything is old and rusted. The front door lock is broken.Safety issues are a major problem.The electricity went out.The light in the bathroom went out and electric socket in the bathroom don't work. Customer service at the office is absolutely horrific.No answer when I called and no returned calls No repair and replacement were ever made..I received housekeeping one time the entire stay plus no toilet paper were ever replaced.Malibu Ocean Front Apartment is not recommend at all😠😡😡
