We had a good time at Iberostar. The staff was nice. The property was nice except for our balcony had lots of ants. The food was good. The pools were great. The only thing we didn’t like was the people trying to sell us on the timeshare.

One of the pools is under construction which I understand has to happen at some point. The construction work takes place most of the day. Other than that the staff is incredible and super friendly. Food was very good with Thursday night featuring lobster, shrimp, and mussels. Overall the is maintained very well and clean.

I loved my ocean view room and the easy access to the pool and the ocean. The pool aerobics was a blast! I participated every day and really enjoyed the rigorous workout. Kudos to the training staff. However, the layout of the property could be more user friendly for people with mobility issues. the quickest way to walk from the hotel to the pool/beach area requires going up and down steps. Otherwise, you have to walk a circuitous route.
