Our second stay at Hotel Grand A View was just as wonderful as the first, and we were so happy to return! The accommodations were excellent, the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the grounds were always clean, beautiful, and well maintained. Most of the staff provided exceptional service—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. While we did encounter a couple of staff members who seemed less welcoming, they were greatly outnumbered by the many kind and attentive employees who made our stay truly enjoyable. One of the highlights of this trip was being able to bring my mother-in-law, who uses a wheelchair. We were so pleased that the hotel was accommodating and helped make her stay comfortable. One suggestion that could make an already great experience even better would be to install additional grab bars in the bathrooms. This simple improvement would provide greater safety and independence for guests with mobility challenges. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I already know exactly where I'll be staying the next time I visit Montego Bay—Hotel Grand A View, without a doubt! Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation such a memorable and enjoyable experience. We look forward to returning!
