We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness. The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best. Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well maintained.

Amazing experience!

We had an excellent 4 days stay in the Hotel. The only negative thing was the beach, too low, not a good beach. Sunset beach is good for relaxing and take beautiful pics, but the beach itself is horrible, unable to get in or swim. The staff super friendly and professional.

The rooms at this location are very dated! Everything from the door leading to the room to the curtains look like they have not been changed since the property opened. Chipped paint, old furniture, and insects everywhere since the doors did not properly seal at the bottom. We placed towels under the door to keep insects out but due to being on the first floor it did little. When it comes to the food, if you are expecting to experience Jamaican cuisine this is not the place for you. What saves this resort is the staff, they were excellent. I had one issue with housekeeping placing a dirty pillowcase on one of the pillows. Other than that everyone was very helpful and courteous. I wish I could rate higher but the rooms are horrible.

This was an absolutely perfect experience. We heard from so many couples here that they were on their 4th, 7th, even 9th time returning back to San Souci and we now understand why! The staff, the food, the views, the activities - 10/10. Such an intimate and intentionally romantic atmosphere curated to leave you feeling rejuvenated. You can just veg out and relax or partake in the entertainment provided. We can't wait to come back!
