Overall had a really good experience at this resort. I wish my room was more accessible inside (only had one working electrical socket) and it was a bit cleaner (had a smell to it). Staff was nice and welcoming and the food was yummyyyy especially for my African American taste buds lol I would stay here again for sure!

The food is excellent, idk, I've heard mixed reviews about this place, since the revamp after the hurricane, it is back with a vengeance! The price point, the staff how clean the property was is remarkable. If you guys added a proper burger/ jerk hut, it would be perfect. My experience, 9.5. I am impressed. We will be back for sure. Give this hotel a look, it's so good.

The only thing good was the friendliness of Jamican people. The food was good too. The hotel is not up to par. Bathroom, elevators were always giving problems and you need to stop forcing the employees to harass people to sign up for spa. Became very annoying when im just trying to relax

The staff is very friendly. We had a great time. The only thing they need to improve is the food. The bufet selection was very poor. Food was not tasty. Very limited amount of Jamaican dishes. Fresh fruits were very limited and hardly any selection. The resort is beautiful. I can’t stress enough how friendly the staff was. They just need to improve the food. The specialty restaurants were very good. The Indian restaurant was excellent. The resort cleanliness was excellent.

The landscape was beautiful! There was an ambiance of tranquility especially during sunrise and sunset. There was abundance of seating areas around the property. My only disappointment was the beach area. I am a beach person so I would not revisit until that is taken care of.

The staff here was by far the best I have ever encountered. Everyone was not just friendly but they made a point to get to know you and to treat you as though you were truly an old friend they haven’t seen in a long time. The resort itself is still in recovery from the Hurricane but you wouldn’t know it unless you really looked close. We will definitely be back.

The staff were the absolute best part of this trip! Travis with guest experience was the absolute best, but I have to say they were all great and amazing. I would come back for that reason. I wish there were more restaurants and bars open but I know it will get better in the future as I just went when they just opened. I would definitely go back. The room was spotless, and oh my God — the staff was absolutely fanfabulous! Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I was genuinely impressed by the youths working there. Their English was impeccable, and their vocabulary was surprisingly vast and polished. The bartenders were excellent, warm, and welcoming, which really added to the overall experience. The food was good, although I do wish there had been a bit more variety, especially at lunchtime, as eating the same dishes every day became a little monotonous. That being said, the kindness and professionalism of the employees completely made up for it. Their hospitality was outstanding, and for that reason alone, I would still happily rate this place a 10/10. Shoutout to the entertainers Crazy Legs, Lady T and DJ. Spicy D you will forever be in my thoughts. You were too kind to us.

Resort just opened on April 1 and half of the resort is not opened (planned for December). Expedia advertised as all available. Dispite that I had lovely time. They had limited numbers of guests which meant no big crowds at the restaurants and buffet. Rooms, pools, and beaches were nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Food wasn't amazing but it was ok. There are still repairs going on and there were some issues with roof leaking in one of the restaurants, but all was fixed quickly.
