A minha experiência no hotel Velinn Recanto das hortencias não foi muito boa devido a quebra de expectativa pelo o que o hotel diz oferecer e pelo o que é oferecido. Primeiro: ao fazer o checkin o Geser da recepção nos informou que tinha uma taxa de limpeza (10% do valor da diária) ao qual não fomos informados previamente pelo site e muito menos pelo o proprio hotel. Nos recusamos a pagar pois entendemos que pelo valor que pagamos na diária já estaria incluso esse tipo de serviço. Segundo: Ja no corredor para ir ao quarto notamos que a estrutura apresentava aspecto de sem manutenção evidente. como por exemplo, madeiras das portas lascadas, e detalhes em madeira bem estufados. Ao chegar ao quarto notamos que não condizia com a foto do anuncio do site. Porta do banheiro emperrada, saboneteira quebrada e não possui janela no banheiro. Janela do quarto é para rua e ainda estava quebrada, passando uma sensação de insegurança. Lençol com uma mancha escura e, cobertores com aspecto de velhos. Sem abajour e apenas uma mesinha na lateral da cama, sendo que era para um casal. No anúncio o quarto tinha vista pra montanha e não identificamos a mesma. Quarto: no site dizia ter estacionamento, porém o tal "estacionamento " é na rua do hotel e não um estacionamento fechado. Você pode escolher entre estacionar na frente do hotel ou na rua da lateral. Terceiro: Café da manhã, ok. Bem servido. Porém tinha cadeira quebrada e enferrujada e tinha louça suja.
