The location is ideal…on the beach and close to all that downtown MTK has to offer! The beach chairs and umbrella service was extremely convenient and the outdoor pool is a big plus! The rooms are simple and clean but the AC unit is a bit loud and dated. Overall a great stay!!

The view is the best! Beach is beautiful. Rooms are clean however the rooms need some maintenance done. Holes in doors and curtain rods almost falling down . Air conditioning units need to be replaced. Fans on high all the time and turn on and off every 10 min. Had to turn off at night . The staff are very helpful and courteous. We will return again

The hotel was directly on the ocean and was within walking distance to the town. Room was nice, but not much room to use the small kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. Only negatives were that the air conditioner was a bit loud and lighting was poor. If given the opportunity, would rebook this hotel due to the location.

Our room was poolside. Behind the pool were lounge chairs with a view of the ocean. Doesn't get any better than that! Pool doesn't close Labor Day. Stays open til mid October and is heated. Off the pool deck, is a pathway down to the beach. Slept with the door open so we could listen to the waves. Room had a stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker and mini fridge. Plates, glasses, pots, pans and utensils available for use. Bring your own food and drinks instead of paying for overpriced restaurant meals. Rooms were updated, clean, and comfy. Table for two right outside the sliding door. A few blocks away from Montauk village. Plenty of folks staying here but still quiet and peaceful.

Very friendly staff, nice and calm area if you want to relax, very clean and direct entrance to the beach from the resort. Only a little sad that they didn’t have the pool lights on at night it’s too dark to chill by the beach because of no lights.
