The location was steps away from the shops/restaurants of Tremblant. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, our room was spacious. We loved the pool area, and filtered water stations around the hotel, we also took advantage of the complimentary bike rental. Wifi was difficult to access and parking is for a fee. If I were to go back, I would book a suit with a kitchen to have the ability to make small meals. Overall we had a a great stay!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location. Our room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking Tremblant village and mountain views. Practically ski in/ ski out. Had a lovely outdoor heated pool and outdoor hot tub. Gym and spa and bar and restaurants. Minutes walk into Tremblant village with all its lovely shops and restaurants. All the staff were absolutely lovely. Our first time in Tremblant and we would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Le Westin in Mont-Tremblant. The property is beautiful, and my room had a great view. The hot sauna, pool, and jacuzzi are nice amenities. However, I cut my leg on an exposed corner of the jacuzzi. I reported it, but it wasn’t covered the next day. Despite the injury happening on their property, no manager or director ever followed up or apologized. The management’s lack of response was extremely disappointing. I also found my Bonvoy stay wasn’t recorded, and construction noise wasn’t disclosed at check-in. While Annie and the bartender were wonderful, I can’t recommend this hotel to families safety should be a priority.
