Room was great, clean and all of the staff was very friendly. Hotel location was great, right by the lake and close to Mont Tremblant, they offered shuttle service to the mountain so no need to drive to ski. The hotel also had a really big pool and big hot tub with saunas inside and outside. The ice skating was beautiful, skating through the wood and not just around in circles.

Nice hotel, very good location, friendly staff. Lots of activities for kids and the outside skating in the forest was very nice :) But the room ( deluxe suite, 3rd floor ) was tired and would really really need renovation… we thought it was quite expensive for what we got. We ate at restaurant, quite expensive also and good but not excellent : part of the main dish ( truit) was cold unfortunately and the filet mignon was good but not great... and service was kind of scarce.

The rooms were clean but had a few minor maintenance issues. Staff were great. The pool, hot tub and saunas were great and the games rooms was fun for the kids. We absolutely loved the rink and lit skating trail and convenience of the on site rentals and shuttle. The only disappointment was the whiskey bar being closed so early as we would have loved a drink.
