The place was clean, and the staff were very kind and friendly. However, one of the elevators was out of service during our stay. Having only one working elevator was not enough for all the guests in the building, and the wait was often quite long. Most of the time, we preferred to use the stairs instead. Overall, we had a good experience, but the elevator situation could definitely be improved. My kids loved the breakfast.

Room was clean but did have a unique smell to it. We were able to open the windows and that helped a bit. I wasn’t expecting to be able to hear the loud music from the nightclub until 3 in the morning on a Tuesday night (even with the windows closed). Breakfast was good but so busy when we went down that we had to wait in line for a bit and wait for someone to leave a table so we could sit down. Great location otherwise and reasonable price compared to other places.

Great position. Very friendly staff.Clean. Few issues however. The garage is first come -first served. You pay the accès, with in-out privilege, but you don’t have a particular parking place with number etc. So, If you leave for even few minutes, your place is free to be taken by any other guest, and, there is NO guarantee that you will find place to park back again. The hotel will refund you for the day, but you will have to find parking somewhere else, outside the hotel! This seems to happen the weekends. The second issue-the pool was closed. The receptionist told me that the live gard is not here and that she is not informed if the pool will open. This happened during the Labour Day long weekend. We were very disappointed.
