Sleepless night in inpersonal room

Upon check-in the reception inform me that I had been “upgraded” to a room located in annex building. I had explicitly reserved the main building to enjoy the charm of the old church! While being a larger room bathe decoration was quite basic and impersonal, the internet didn’t work and it was very, very noisy due to lack of isolation in the emergency door facing the hotel parking lot gate. Result, what was expected to be a relax romantic night end up in sleepless night due to the noises of the garage gate. The breakfast was good, but it didn’t overcome the bad night experience.

Great breakfast!

Very high standard and value for money. The use of the old church building is amazing. Even some of the tables downstairs are made from the old pillars. However, the decor and modern-style art was conflicting, indicating there wasn't a clear vision for the direction they were going in, but this aside, it was well presented, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.
