Was a great stay! The pool was clean and bfast very good!

This is our second time staying at this hotel and I will definitely be staying again. The property is clean and well maintained. the staff is lovely and it is in perfect walking distance to everything downtown Annapolis has to offer. 5 stars for sure!

Ed frames broken, heavenly bed experience was compromised. This was the worst Westin hotel I have ever experienced

This property is marketed as newly renovated but has many loose opportunities. The phones in the rooms are there for decorations and are not connected to the front desk. The air conditioner in the rooms are old and extremely loud making it difficult to rest. The walls and doors are not well insulated, you can hear every door open and close in the hall way. The walls are thin and can hear the guest next rooms over conversation. The plumbing backs up in the hand sink and showers making the experience unbelievably gross and unforgettable. The property staff over promises and under delivers. The team lacks training, guest service, and follow through from both front desk staff to front desk management. Hilton Double Tree located in Pikesville, Maryland poor guest satisfaction and service follow through. 6.8 Rating☆

Staff were nice. My first room wasn’t cleaned. Second room the fridge didn’t work. I was promised points and never got them after signing up for rewards to receive them.

When I checked in it took ten mins for the host to come out of the back room, he was annoyed to have to come out to check us in. The restaurant hours were not accurate.

The hotel smelled of air fresheners and the pool was nearly the size of a hot tub. The location was good, but the parking situation was pay by the day. The hard-surface flooring in the room helped increase our liking of the hotel; the strong air freshener smell was a negative, especially for people sensitive to it.
