Paquetes Vacacionales Incluyen Hotel y Vuelo a Monroe

Excelente ubicación

Todo es perfecto!!! 100% recomendado. Todo súper limpio y en orden. Me encantó

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful and conveniently located Hermitage. However, contrary to most of the other hotels I’ve visited around the world, the Hermitage charged us over about half of the daily room charge as a placeholder for possible incidentals! These charges were placed before we checked out and not deleted when we paid all of the incidentals upon checkout. When I discovered huge unexplained charges on my credit card, I called the hotel only to discover their phone number was disconnected the entire day. I finally reached the hotel today, four days after we checked out. I was informed that the extra charges would “fall off” after a few days. I’m still waiting, Interest accrues on these fake charges. This disreputable business practice should be illegal.

El hotel está muy bien situado. El cuarto bastante chico y con poco espacio para poner cosas. No tiene clóset por lo que es difícil colgar ropa. No hay cafetera dentro del cuarto. De un lado de la cama no hay buró. Las almohadas muy suaves
