The check-in process was easy and the front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Having various restaurants nearby was definitely a plus. Regarding the room, the room was somewhat clean. I found strands of hair on various parts of the toilet; the clean towels even had some hair on them. The walls in the room as well as in the shower could've been cleaned better. There are spots on the wall that could use a fresh coat of paint. The bed was comfortable, so no complaints there. My biggest complaint will have to be the fact that hot water wasn't a thing; I took a shower and it was cold. After 20 or so minutes of letting the shower run, the water became a little hot, but not hot enough. There was a foul odor in the stairwell. My stay wasn't all that bad, but there are definitely things that the hotel needs to look at improving and that'll start with giving the rooms a nice touch-up. Also, it'd be nice if all the rooms have an iron and ironing board without having to ask for them. I received an ironing board, but the hotel staff couldn't locate an iron for me, so I just went without ironing my clothes.

There was a lot of shops and food places in the area which was very convenient. The front desk host was so kind and explained everything perfectly. But this hotel was NASTY! The shower was ripped out the wall and wouldn’t move and the water barely got hot. The room smelled like smoke but was suppose to be non-smoking could clearly tell fire alarm was tampered with. Also the room had baby roaches and another type of bug on the floor just moving around
