Yes, the AC kept the room very cool. The room smelled a bit musty when we arrived. The carpet is also a bit sticky. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and kind. She gave us a booklet about West Monroe and a booklet with restaurants. She spent about 10 minutes with us suggesting places to eat. She's great. We have never been to West Monroe. She was very helpful.

Furniture was old but clean.. room was very clean.. they were working in water my first day which left me with cold water to shower in and then no water to brush my teeth.. talk to the management and all was good.. very friendly and communicative… which was great! The place is a bit worn down but you get ehat you pay for. The things that really matter to me where nice like comphy bed and pillows. The shower head and pressure were nove too. There were a few light bulbs blown out and the sink didn't drain properly but i would stay again while on a budget. Staff was friendly

We’re very appreciative of the pet accommodations and friendly staff. We enjoyed the hot breakfast as well. The only drawbacks are there were bugs in our room and we found also pet poop.
