This was a very nice hotel. The rooms were very clean, large, and comfortable. The hotel was beautiful. It was in the downtown with restaurants close by. I will definitely be back so I can spend more time at the hotel.

It is a new build out in a historic building. Very nicely done. The only flaws were lack of a trashcan in the bathroom and the bedside outlets were a bit difficult to see/access.

The hotel opened only a few weeks ago so after our stay we sent a detailed letter to the hotel with our comments and suggestions as we are seasoned hotel travelers. It's been several days and they have not acknowledged our letter so we will provide the same comments here. We loved the Roku TV, bed comfort and the digit key. The location is great. Things that could be improved upon: window treatments-bathroom shade doesn't provide enough privacy. People on the street below can see too much at night when light is on. We confirmed by checking this ourselves and for our entire stay used the bathroom in the dark. Bedroom only has room darkening curtains-no light filtering shade. Room is painted navy & black-too dark to not have filtering shades. Lighting in room is insufficient for the wall/ceiling color saturation. Desk/chair height combo doesn't work. We were in the accessible room which didn't have enough towel hooks. Housekeeping used grab bars as towel bars which isn't safe or practical. Clothing hang bar was at 24" which is not a sufficient height for adult clothing. Closet needed to be equipped with a hanging bar that raised and lowered so clothes could be neatly hung. There is no business center or workspace. The AC unit in our room struggled to maintain temperature and had a knocking sound when the fan was not running. We stayed for 5 nights and not once was our room serviced (trash, towels, etc.). We hope they remedy these issues & hoped they would respond to our email.
