“Nice place but the room I had was next door to a nightclub. Friday and Saturday night were really noisy. So much so that I asked to move rooms on the Saturday. To be fair this was not a problem for the staff who accommodated my request. Other than the noise late at night, no issues.”

“Appearance was very drab, in need of renovation. Very basic furniture, extremely noisy cistern when flushing the loo. Overhead light in the bathroom was full of dead insects etc, wires hanging down from the television. Black mould on the windows. Tea bags not sealed but loose in a plastic container and not fresh. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The cooked breakfast was very nice.”

“Great little inn over the river from the main part of Shrewsbury so much quieter. Easy walking into town just over the bridge. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nepalese restaurant as part of the premises. Good food at a reasonable price. Onsite parking is a bonus.”
