Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hotel en étape sur notre retour de vacances. Nous avons loué une chambre pour 4. C'était très bien. Nous n'hésiterons pas à louert à nouveau dans cette chaine à l'avenir.

La localisatIon est très satisfaisante pour le travail, au centre de plusieurs villes et de différents magasins restaurants ou boulangeries, les chambres sont faite tout les jours et dans un état confortable. Pour les voyageurs le rapport qualité prix est correct pour l’emplacement, a 15 min de Auxerre et 1h30 de Troyes il est pratique pour rentrer se reposer

Un séjour qui s'est bien déroulé.

Le séjour s'est bien déroulé. La chambre était originale un lit en bas et deux lit en haut. Il y avait des serviettes à disposition. Niveau confort le lit du bas était bien mais apparemment un lit en haut n'était pas très confortable. Mis à part cela, c'est situé dans une zone calme, c'était agréable. Il faisait bien chaud dans la chambre. Le seul point négatif c'est qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire pour boire un café ou un thé dans sa chambre.

We could not stay here. Key code did not work and reception closed We waited and called the service number but no help. We could not get a refund also. Dirty , and very poor. And that’s all before we could see the rooms.

Galère en Bourgogne

Nous sommes arrivés en dehors des heures de réception et ce fut la galère impossible de récupérer ses clés avant 14h30 et encore, le no de code envoyé par B&B la veille était faux. Après de nombreux appel sans réponse, on a enfin put avoir un nouveau no de code . bref 3 heures de galère. un bon conseil; ARRIVE AUX HEURES D'OUVERTURE DE LA RECEPTION

Une nuit au B&B Auxerre Bourgogne

Nous avons eu trop chaud dans la chambre, fin février. Une temperature trop chaude de l'établissement. C'est dommage , de là on devrait chauffer moins. Meme avec la mise en route de la climatisation, il faisait trop chaud, et impossible d'ouvrir la fenetre, qui est bloquée. Sinon la chambre avait de belle prestation et très propre.
