Se sirve desayuno sin gluten. Todo el personal dispuesto a ayudar, incluso resolvieron un problema que tuvimos con uno de los taxistas del aeropuerto.

El hotel es hermoso y está muy bien ubicado. Las señoras de cocina y limpieza son muy amables. La señora Mariana, quien te recibe, muy poco amable y no resuelve.

We booked for one night. We arrived in the evening and when we entered our room, it smelled really bad. Like sewerage. We informed reception. They acknowledged the smell, it was and tried to solve it with cleaning products. Of course, it didn’t work. They didn’t have any other rooms available and couldn’t offer any other option. We were quite accommodating. Asked them if they could arrange a room in another hotel near by. We only wanted to take a shower and go out for dinner. They said they couldn’t do that. They only called a hotel near by to check availability but didn’t offer to pay for the room At the end, we had to leave and pay ourselves for another room in another hotel (which was newer, cleaner and cheaper by the way) Sweet home ended up offering a 50% reimbursement. Which is unacceptable. We paid 50% of the fee for a room that was in no conditions to be used. Im a frequent traveler, I have more than 100 booking only in this application and it’s the first time we live a situation like this. I’m sure the hotel and management is great when things go as expected but quality and service is better defined by how you react when things go wrong.
