Hotel needs to be updated. Food and staff were very good!! We were here during the off season. Smell of sulfur outside hotel due to thermal pool.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not stay here again. DO NOT trust what it shows in the website.The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, empty, has very weird art and is extremely understaffed. This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. We communicated with translator app and a manger that seemed to understand that we came for services that were not available speaking english well.

There was NO TERME, NO POOL, only smell of sulfur. False advertising. The property needs urgent full remodeling. It's a disaster. Broken furniture, mold, peeling paint on balconies... However, it has nice views and surprisingly good restaurant with great fish dishes.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel nel periodo pasquale. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, camere pulite e bellissima vista , ottimi i cornetti della colazione. L’odore di zolfo dopo 2 minuti non lo senti più. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo .

Ho soggiornato una sola notte presso quest'hotel e non mi ha soddisfatto nel modo più assoluto. Parto subito dall' arredo camera al bagno demodé mi è apparso più che un hotel una stanza di una casa per andare al mare, vecchio e poco curato. Per fare una doccia abbiamo tenuto l'acqua calda aperta per più di 15 Min. pensando i bimbi in Africa 😑 per poi chiamare in reception e chiedere che problema ci fosse, ci ha no risp. che la caldaia funzionava ma bisognava tenere l acqua aperta, e solo dopo avergli detto che stavamo sprecando acqua già da un bel po' ci è stato detto che avrebbero provveduto ad accendere una caldaia di supporto.. la pulizia era discreta, insomma per quello che abbiamo pagato per una notte ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di diverso. La colazione non aspettatevi nulla di che. Dei cornetti vuoti creme spalmabili, biscottini granturchese e fette biscottate. La busta col tempo bello merita, un consiglio ai proprietari... Ristrutturare per investire questo è ciò che manca. La posizione è strategica, avete l'oro sulfureo tra le mani potenziate la location e non v'è ne pentirete.

Siamo stati in questa struttura con vista stupenda e con piscinacon le famose acque millenarie sineusse. Il Direttore è una persona gentilissima. Torneremo a provare la cucina che nella bella Terrazza.

The warm volcanic waters has made this location famous since roman times! The hotel was probably built in the 1970's and is a little tired although the staff were helpful. It is a very seasonal establishment, with guests taking advantage of the beach and spa facilities in the summer months. Terme translates as spa, the sulphurous spring water can be bathed in and its aroma pervades the outside areas.
