Friendly staff, easy check in. Large choice of local places to eat within walking distance. The room was quite small but perfectly fine for an overnight stop. The en-suite bathroom was clean but also small which could be a problem for larger people. Perfectly fired our requirements We didn't try breakfast.

Disappointing two nights

Room air conditioning didn't work, and hotel wasn't able to fix it even though we mentioned about the issue. The room was very hot and it was almost impossible to sleep. Especially the bathroom wasn't very clean. Pillows were weird and very small sized. On a positive side I have to mention that the hotel's automatic checking machine worked perfectly and was easy to use.

Clean, comfortable and cheap, 20 minutes away from the ferry port with a good selection of restaurants nearby. Perfect for a short overnight stay before an early morning ferry crossing.

Very cheap stop over.

Spotlessly clean and the location is great for a convenient stop over. Lots of eating options around the hotel. Breakfast OK. Very good value. Very small room, tiny bathroom and a few minor maintenance issues. The bed isnt very comfortable and the upper bunk is really close to the ceiling - so very high and limited headroom.

Don’t pay for it. Go somewhere else.

Horrible hotel, we felt so unsafe that we slept with a chair against the door. Bathroom was the smallest thing I’ve ever seen. The building looks very old, the room smelled of cigarettes even though we got a non-smoking room. Super weird neighborhood and people.

Good for the price.

Because we were arriving late, they sent me codes to get into the car park and the room. All relatively easy, though the questions at the machine for the keys, were a bit confusing, i.e. breakfast required at a cost, when breakfast was included in the price we paid. Apart from that, everything else was good. We got exactly what we expected, for the price we paid.

We have stayed there before and it was alright but this time the water was cold and we couldn't get the heating to work. We said we had one person that could not do stairs that was disabled and although we had a ground floor room it was too small to move about with a person using a stick.

Horrible stressful experience

We knew that reception closed at 21.00 and we would not arrive before 23.00 so we followed the instructions to contact the hotel. Firstly the hotel never replied through the messaging service so I telephoned and despite language difficulties was given a code for the machine outside the hotel to issue a door key. On arrival the machine was not working the tel number was not answered. Horrible, we were tired and cold with no way to get into a room. Another tel number was displayed on the machine and eventually we were let in and given a key. Overall a horrible experience so stressful believing that we might have to look for a hotel so late when we were so tired. Never again

Réservé chambre avec clim qui fonctionnait mal le mr nous a changé de chambre c'était un peu mieux mais meme la clim a 16 c'était pas très froid. Poubelle pas changé on avait les ordures des occupants précédents et la propreté laisse a désirer. Chambre très petite. Une chose qu'il faudrait revoir c'est les petites lumières au dessus du lit quand on éteint les deux interrupteurs sont éclairés donc pas de noir dans la chambre on a mis serviettes pour atténuer l'éclairage. On a mal dormi car la nuit quand le portail s'ouvre ça fait du bruit sans compter les livraisons qui se font en face des chambres. Quand au petit déjeuner pas de fruits frais juste compote pour du salé juste fromage emballé après ça vaut pas plus au niveau du prix. Nous ne reviendrons plus dans un hôtel première classe confort et propreté a revoir draps taché. Le seul point positif dans cet hôtel c'est le personnel a l'écoute notamment pour le problème de clim après c'est pas à cause du personnel mais faudrait un coup de jeune dans l'hôtel. On a passé 2 nuits et content de rentrer et retrouver notre lit.

Le personnel est au top. La chambre: Pour ce prix, la chaîne de cet hôtel devrait faire un énorme effort pour l'insonorisation des chambres (porte qui ferme tellement bien qu'il y a un jour entre le bâti et la porte), on entend ce qui se passe dehors comme si elle était ouverte, la douche digne d'un petit camping car. Les chambres sont à refaire, mais comme il n'y a pas d'autres hôtels à côté, la chaîne ne se pose même pas la question.

Personne a l’accueil très sympathique et professionnel. Par contre la chambre avait une odeur épouvantable de cendrier. Malgré la bombe que le personnel a vaporisé rien n’y a fait. Chaleur étouffante car clim en panne. Pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain. Impossible d’allumer les petites lampes du lit du bas. Soit être dans le noir soit aveugler ma fille qui dort avec le spot dans les yeux. Très déçue
