Expedia doesn't TAX in Mexico

I made the reservation, because it said that the charge would be at the hotel. Because I needed that Bill from the place with Mexican Taxes. Today that I went for the Bill they said that Expedia will give it to me. But Expedia doesn't tax in Mexico.

I don't recomend this hotel.

An hour after i checked into my room, the ceiling above the shower collapsed in from the water leaking from the room above. The original part of the hotel is really old and in terrible condition. it needs updating. The restaurant food is poor and limited to only a taco menu, thats it. No desserts.

We had a great time! But the best part the staff! They were always so attentive and friendly but after we checked out they called us to let us know we had left headphones in the room!! That deserves not 5 but 10 stars!!! Will definitely be my hotel of choice next time

The staff is wonderful there. The only thing is the hotel needs to update their TVs some rooms. There are new TVs and the other rooms does not have the update now the presidential room needs to be updated. Definitely

This hotel should not have the dog friendly tag.

Terrible experience with my dog. At check in they ask me to pay in cash 1200 Mexican pesos because of the dog. Almost the same amount of my night. At the next day, that did not allow me to walk with the dog in the property. This was the worse hotel behavior ever. It should not have the dog friendly tag.

Okay stay. Most of the stuff were friendly and helpful. Some stuff by the bar were rude and said they were going to charge us for us to use tables even though we got beers from bar and were eating our own food. We had previously asked the bartender if it was okay to sit and he had said yes. Otherwise rooms were clean and our stay was pleasant for the most part

AC wasn’t working properly, room temperature never cooled down, halls in hotel were apparently off AC as it felt very warm. Breakfast pricey for what it is, and considering hotel overal conditions (old, not clean enough, AC no working properly, no elevators) stay was expensive, towels were not clean enough too I saw dark spots on it.
