The staff was very nice! There is a 7/11 near the hotel, which is pretty convenient. Room is a bit small, but we have come to expect that in most Japanese hotels. Good place to stay, has nice onsen area.

２回目の利用。紋別には半年に１回来ます。毎回とてもいいサービスで感謝しています。一点だけ。フロント業務、外国人のスタッフが若干、並んで待っている時、放置されるところがある。他のスタッフを呼んで対応するとか、一声かけるとかあると思いますが、そこに居ないかのような扱いを受けることがある。それだけが残念。それ以外はほぼパーフェクトです。
