Wrost maintained hotel ever. Outdated room, dirty sheets at check in, horrible customer service. Dirty amenities. Garden was closed with huge exterior renovation gong on with noise and a huge crane at my balcony. Mind you, i paid extra for the garden view and they would not redund me anything. Fitness center was so dirty, broken steps as you walk in and the entire front of the hotel smells like piss. Do not stay here!

Beautiful hotel with gardens near tain sation

Lovely hotel about 10 minutes walk from the train station, you walk among a beautiful garden before you reach the hotel itself. The hotel is very nice, friendly staff, my garden view room was very nice, no issues with anything. The breakfast was very good. I would stay again for sure.

Wonderful building and garden

Very happy we chose to stay at l'Orangeraie. Beautiful building and property garden, close to the beach and located in the centre of Menton. The garden was very nice for an evening glass of wine/beer.

Large landscape, beautiful terraces, live entertainment. Lobby bar and reception employees were extremely gracious and helpful. Rooms are renovated but some modern commodities were lacking such as a plug close to the bed. Otherwise our stay was perfect. Would absolutely recommend.

Bel hôtel mauvais service

Il était noté sur le site que Le parking était gratuit. Je confirme que c’est bien payant. Le bâtiment devait être remarquable. Il est dommage qu’il ait été traité de telle façon qu’il ressemble plutôt à une auberge de jeunesse. La salle du petit déjeuner est magnifique mais malheureusement meublée de meubles de basse qualité et de mauvais goût qui la font ressembler à une cantine. Les personnes à l’accueil ainsi que les personnes qui travaillent dans cet hôtel ne sont vraiment pas agréables. Ne répondent même pas qd on leur dit bonjour. En venant d’un bel hôtel italien, nous avons vu la différence. Si ce n’était la beauté du bâtiment et du jardin, nous nous serions crus dans un hôtel Formule 1 pour le service.
