Nice hotel near Nyali Beach. Very nice and service minded people, especially the guy working evenings and nights in the restaurant. The rooms needs some improvements. There was a moldy smell and some spots in the roof. Breakfast was just ok. We had dinner there one evening, which was very good. Pool area is very nice.

The Staff were amazing, Harriet was quite professional and pleasant as with Jackline. The housekeeping and ground support Team were quite hospitable. The room was quite neat with all key amenities. Thanks and looking forward to recommending the property for both families, leisure and business guests.

The hotel is quite old and needs updating but the staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Being Mombasa, there is a problem with flies and mosquitoes but this is expected in the climate. The room AC is excellent to counteract this. The staff make up for any issues you have with the property as they will do everything they can to accommodate you.

Hotel is located a few metres from a number of malls. However, parking space inside the hotel premises is limited to 4 vehicles only. Also, the chef needs to get off his phone and step up as his dishes were mediocre.
