Great location. Quiet overnight. Accommodation clean and well maintained but just the basics provided, no luxuries.International roast coffee, no milk, soap but no shampoo. Hard pillow.

The staff is so nice.but the bathroom door and shower room door are all broken. The rate is too high for this level.

Easy check in. There was a sheet with a hole covering the couch. There was a doona with no cover on the main bed. I would assume this does not get washed each use. The microwave did not heat up food. There was only 3 coffee packets. We went to wash up only to find a dish brush that was old and warm out. These things could be so easy to fix to make the place better

No one available at reception ever. Shower door was broken, water all over bathroom. No shampoos. Very old furniture, no table. No info for internet in an area with poor phone reception.

Not great. Bathroom door was broken and kept falling off its rail. Large spider living in bathroom. Charged additional fee for having 2 kids but did not provide enough bowls, forks spoons etc for 4 people. Found toenail clippings on the carpet in the room. Office was not staffed during entire stay.

Pretty standard 3 star property. No issues & check-in/out very easy as prepaid & didn’t actually need to talk to a human. No complaints. Cost was a bit high for standard of room, but that’s what happens if you book last minute at a beach location during peak holiday season.

Booked on WotIf for the property. Arrived an hour later - no reception. Given one room, moved to another due to the incorrect room. Room I was given - a big let down for the money you pay! Aircon barely worked. Small and very old TV that can hardly see, the room was tidy but not clean, wasn’t given the WiFi details until the next day when about to check out. No coffee sachets, no shampoo or conditioner and was told that they’ll restock tomorrow. Only positive - the bed was comfortable Way overpriced compared to other properties. Massive let down

Room was clean, nice bathroom. I didn’t realise it was next to a graveyard, but is was a short walk to the beach. No face washers, only towels. No book or brochures in room for local eats and attractions

Smells of the 1980s. Dated but comfortable. Didn't see any staff the entire time we were there. Shower door was broken and judging by other reviews has been for some time. Very expensive for what it is

Be prepared that this property backs onto a Cemetary- giving it a creepy vibe.Other guests were very noisy until small hours. Room advertised was way smaller than photo( wide angle) and there was not even a tiny bottle of shampoo in the shower.The room says it sleeps 3 - that is if you want your child in the bed. Overall i can say that i hope that the real “ Paradise” is going to be a step up from this
