Vacations Close To Mokupapapa Discovery Center

There was bugs in the room and bed , changed to another room bugs again. review said there are fresh muffins and bread in the morning, there was nothing , the wifi was terrible, tv did not work , no coffee. it was the worst experience. also, no Air conditioning

Great location, quiet. Unit pretty dark and very dated looking. Had all the amenities I needed.

Excellent valet, housekeeping and front desk!! Only recommendation, play hawaiian music in lobby…we come here because it is HAWAII:-)

This is a nice property that is located near the Kona town center where you can enjoy shopping and activities. My only complaint is that they did not fully disclose that the property does not have air-conditioning, nor do they provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Overall, I might stay here again, but I would exhaust other options first.

It’s difficult to magnify any one thing ,that made our vacation a five star stay, but everything was well meshed and coordinated, and that saves time and ease-well done to the team that makes a stay fluid and care free….

Absolutely loved everything about the Fairmont Gold experience. I would sincerely recommend staying with a Fairmont Gould, as there was an amazing breakfast, great staff, own concierge, nicer floor.. the food options for breakfast or actually a great money saver with really high-quality food versus going to the restaurants. Amazing food options at the hotel, great amenities. Snorkeling in the lagoon with sea turtles and hundreds of tropical fish. Luau on property.

Staff were very helpful and prompt. Room was very clean and nice!
